The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Malverns District Scout Council will be held on Wednesday 24th June 2026 at 7:00pm for 7:30pm at 2nd Malvern Headquarters next to Malvern Rugby Club, Spring Lane, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1AJ.
The format of the evening will be as follows:
- 7:00 Arrival, Networking and Refreshments (drinks)
- 7:30 AGM (see documents below)
- 8:00 short Presentations:
- Squirrels – we now have 4 Dreys in the District and it is 5 years since Squirrels were launched.
- Beavers – to mark 40 years of Beavers.
- Youth Shaped Scouting and what it means in practice.
- District Events – what District events you would like in the coming years?
- Split into Sectional Groups to brain storm ideas for future District Events
- Light Refreshments will be served
