At 7:30pm

Having considered all the options, due to red heat alert, we are going ahead with a short District AGM. This will be at 7:30pm under the outside covered veranda at 2nd Malvern (no uniform – dress for the heat). Drinks and refreshments will be available. We’d like as may as possible to come for a maximum of 20 minutes please
