Do you want to gain your Wood Badge?
Hereford and Worcester County are aware that a number of our volunteers would like to gain their Section Wood Badge so we have arranged two days of Learning covering the six modules required:
Sunday 29th November 2026
- Module 8 Skills of Leadership & Module 9 Working with Adults 9.30 – 13.15
- Module 19 International 13.45 – 16.30
Sunday 10th January 2027
- Module 13 Growing the Section 9.30 – 12.00
- Module 18 Practical Skills 12.15 – 14.00
- Module 16 Introduction to Residential Experiences 14.30 – 16.45
The courses will be held at Perdiswell Young Peoples Leisure Club in Worcester.
You can book for individual courses or for the whole day. If you book for the whole day please bring a packed lunch; drinks will be provided.

Membership Number, the name and telephone number of an emergency contact and, of course, details of which modules you wish to attend.
For those of you that are seeking to gain your Manager and Supporter Wood Badge, there is the Skills of Leadership learning being held in Wolverhampton over the weekend of 28th/29th November 2026. This learning is arranged jointly by the East and West Midlands Regions of Scouts,
