DESCRIPTION:13:30 Scout Groups to assemble at St Katherine’s Car Park\, Ledbury14:00 Parade departs and marches up Homend14:15 VIPs seated in church14:20 Parade arrives at St Michael & All Angels14:40 Standards paraded into St Michael’s Church and Boys Brigade Band Falls-Out14:45 Parade all seated in church\, service commences15:30 Service Finishes\, parade exits and assembles outside the church15:50 Closing address from District leaders and parade fall-out16:00 Parade Closed \n\n\n\nMuster Information\n\n\n\nAssemble at Ledbury Town Square in St Katherine’s Car Park\, Bye Street\, Ledbury HR8 1EA from 13:30 onwards.Note that we will aim to rope off a section of the car park so it will be closed to vehicles. \n\n\n\nParking\n\n\n\nPlease ask parents to use the other Ledbury car parks and walk to St Katherines car park to avoid congestion (e.g. Lawnside Road car park\, Bye Street car park). Most parking is free on Sundays but you are advised to check.Free car parking has been organised at Ledbury Primary School. This is a 15 minute walk from the primary school to the muster point at St Katherine’s Car Park. \n\n\n\nToilets\n\n\n\nToilets available on Church Lane and inside St Michael’s Church. \n\n\n\nMobility\n\n\n\nMobilityThe event is fully accessible for wheelchairs. An accessible toilet is available at thechurch. Please notify the parade organisers if you have any specific requirements. \n\n\n\nTraffic Restrictions\n\n\n\nHigh Street and Church Road will be closed to traffic for the duration of the event. The road closure barriers will be stewarded by BP Guild. \n\n\n\nMarshalling and Stewarding\n\n\n\nWe are grateful to the B-P Guild for providing marshalling and stewarding on the day. \n\n\n\nDress\n\n\n\nAs per usual\, full uniform with smart/school trousers/skirt/shorts\, and shoes (no trainers\, jeans\, tracksuit bottoms\, leggings) etc. Dress for the weather ensuring uniform is outermost. In the event of rain\, umbrellas are not to be used during the parade. \n\n\n\nPhotography\n\n\n\nBe aware this event will attract professional and press photography and filming; names of individuals will not be used. \n\n\n\nParents and Spectators\n\n\n\nParents and visitors are very welcome to attend and watch the parade\, and service in church (subject to space). The service will last approximately 45 minutes and Ledbury has lots of cafes! \n\n\n\nRetiring Collection\n\n\n\nThere will be a retiring collection in the Church which members of the parade may leave donations in. All donations will be for Acorns Children’s Hospice. \n\n\n\nDeparture Information\n\n\n\nParents are to collect children from outside St Michael’s Church once the parade has been dismissed by the Parade Marshall.Leaders from each group are responsible for ensuring that members from their group are safely collected.

Our take-up has been very low \, if time permits we could have a brief meeting at the end.
